From Your spreadsheet create a TEXT only list with the following format (one
user per line):
        address space (or TAB)  name
        address space (or TAB) name
        address space (or TAB) name

Select Mailing List Management Interface
Select list to add to
Select Subscribers
Select Bulk Operations
Select file created in Step 1
