How come some messages sent by listserv can be tailored via MAILTPL and others
can't? Is there a particular reason why a specific message is or isn't
included? Or is it just a matter of time, with ever more customisable mesaages
in future releases?
 
As the soon-to-be owner of a French speaking list, I sure wish ALL messages
could be customised.
