Take a look at your digest, and see if the message was sent by someone
with a GMail account.

Sometimes, and Gmail won't tell you when it's going to do it, or why,
Gmail will send your message in Base64 encoding. The decoding happens
when it gets to your members' email clients. It does NOT get decoded
going into the digest. You can look in your log files and see the
offending messages.

I call it GmaildyGoop.
