I consider myself a conscientious listowner, and I have made the
conscious decision to allow subscribers (only) the ability to review
listmembership. New listmembers are told (in the welcome message) how to
conceal themselves, and how to use the review command to find an address.

The intent is to curtail distribution of messages like "can someone
please tell me Douglas Winship's email addy?"
