When Milt and I set up our list here, we were advised by another member of
this list to set confidential=YES.  This prevents the mass mailings since, as
I understand it, no one can get you off of the list of lists.  And I must say
that I got neither of these mass mailings on the list, nor did it appear on
the moderated H-LISTS.   Hmmmm.  Eric, thoughts?
