Listserv(Unix) running on SunOS 4.1.3
 
Does anyone know if it is possible to stop/close the log on Listserv while the
server is still running.
 
I would like to regularly(once a day) close the log, write it somewhere
temporarily, processing its contents and save the results. All this will keeping
the server running. :-)
 
Objective: Keep essential records, while maintaining a smallish log file
 
Any comments gratefully received.
