Helpful hint when it comes to headers.  You don't need to "get" a header in
order to do a "put."  If you are the only one modifying your list's header,
then simply keep a copy of it on your computer (one in email and at least one
backup is best) When you need to make a change, adjust the header you have,
save the changers (keep a backup copy just in case) and "put" the header on the
server.  No worry about locks and forgetting to unlock a list -- or having the
unlock command not get to the server.
