Yes.  That error message format is typical for qmail (the smtp mailer program
generating the error message).  The author of qmail has (so far) refused to make
his program generate error messages in any one of the standard formats.  A few
large sites which run LISTSERV with qmail have actually had to modify qmail so
that it generates error messages that can be parsed by LISTSERV.  Since you
don't maintain the mail servers at Netzero, it is unlikely you'll convince them
to change their mail server program.  This is one of those annoyances that as a
List Owner you simply have to put up with or don't allow anyone with netzero
addresses to join your list(s).
