I don't think the digests are saved after going out.  2 possibilities:

1) Find another digest subscriber who may still have them on hand.

2) If your list has archives, get the archive file(s) covering the
period of interest and seperate out each day into a seperate file.  A
text editor would be the best tool, although you could do it with a word
mangler if you make sure you save as ascii text.
