You need to do several things (assuming you are subscribed
under your own userid):

1) send it to the correct e-mail address: listserv@host
   possibly [log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask]

2) you need to identify WHICH list: LISTSERV(R) operates
   41,612 lists

i.e.,

   SET LSTOWN-L DIGEST
