Though I am not the LISTSERV-maintainer, just an owner, I have done a
REV FICTION, and then interrogated the FINGER and SMTP ports at
acs.ucalgary.ca.
 
I'm afraid that she was subscribed with an incorrect USERID on the list
FICTION.  Her real userid is rmherrin (as you have typed above) NOT
                             rmehrrin (as show in the REV).
