Is there a way to have the messages sent to people on the list be
personalized with there name.  I.E. if there was a person on the list:

John Do   [log in to unmask]

Can the list be setup to personalize messages sent so a message sent to this
person would say "Dear John" at the top? I was told that this is some sort
of mail merge function but I can't find it in the docs.

Also does anyone know of a good book (if any) on LISTSERV?
