I am new to listserv lists and have been asked to fix a
situation. Basically I need to change the 'header' information. However, I
am not the owner. I do not have access to the HEADER information (at least
that I can tell) through the GET command via email. I do have access
to the server and the files. Now what I need to be able to do is go in a
directly manipulate the header information, to either give me permission to
edit the header information via email or change the header information to
'fix' the issue. I have been looking for a listname.catalog file. Is this
correct? Also I have found header information in a listname.list file, can I
make modifications to this file? Is this the correct file to make changes
to? So basically, I need to know what the correct name of the file is to
make the changes.

Take it easy on me, a newbie...
