Hello All,

First of all, thanks for the great information about getting a lowercase
&LISTNAME to display in mailtpl files. I'll think about what will work
best (and what will not overly irritate the AU Listserv spirits).

Next question: it's been brought to my attention that the web archives for
ICAENEWS-L at http://listserv.american.edu/archives/icaenews-l.html are
getting scrambled up because the person who is posting the daily news is
forwarding a message that seems to have some mixed coding in it (please see
the messages in the archive for evidence of this). This is the case even
though the messages are distributed to subscribers with no problem. Any
suggestions on how to get the archives to work correctly? Here's a sample
list message as distributed via e-mail:

Outside Dining: For those eating outside on these nice spring days,
please remember to discard your paper trash and return your trays
