If LISTSERV really thinks the user is not on the list, there is no way to
coerce it into thinking otherwise.  This usually happens when the address
is added with XEDIT rather than ADD. You may be able to make it "see" the
entry  if you  use wildcards,  but  it really  depends on  how the  entry
sneaked into the list.
