The command is the following:

QUIET ADD listname DD=X IMPORT
//X DD *
internet-address1
internet-address2
/*

where " listname" is the name of the new list, and " internet-address1", "
internet-address2" and other users are the internet addresses from the
original list that you want to add to the new list. Optionally, you can
add the user's "real name" field, e.g.,

QUIET ADD listname DD=X IMPORT
//X DD *
internet-address1 full_name
internet-address2 full_name
/*
