All lists that show up in "list global" show up on tile.net.  Private
lists that are not concealed do show up on the page, and the
"membership policy" field says "by approval" rather than "anyone"

tile.net/listserv will always just have LISTSERV lists.  I plan on
putting up the hand-compiled list of lists, and this will include
all list managers.  However, this won't be as clean and organized,
because the data isn't as consistent.
