How do I enable LISTSERV to collect bounces in a changelog file for a
mail-merge event ?

If you let LISTSERV collect the bounces in the nolist-xyz.changelog file,
then
you need a separate DBMS process to take theose bounced addresses and do
something with them that is meaningful for your DBMS structure.  LISTSERV
can't
help you with this part.
