Keywords files and .HH

Has anyone tried Hiding Headers in conjunction with keywords file?

* .HH ON
* .ik myfile
* .HH OFF

Doesn't appear to work, neither does putting .HH ON/OFF in the keywords file
itself. Many of my lists now appear on Catalist with visible .HH ON/OFF
commands, rather drawing attention to the fact that I was hoping to keep
some things secret!
