Does anyone have a document which explains the basic error messages one can
receive.
 
ie.. transient failure
ie.. too many hops
ie.. unknown user
 
I have people panic'ing when they get an error message of any kind and would
love to EDUCATE them... for them to know when to panic and when not to... when
to post a message publicly and when to have a  little patience! <GRIN>
