I tend to use SIZELIM= 250.  Clueless subscribers? I make an list-owner
decision/prerogative to

SET listname REVIEW FOR clueless@node

Also our WELCOME file and occasional administrivium speaks of the evils
of attachments and other documents/quotings to large distribution lists.
