Can somebody please review the appropriate settings for configuring a list
so that current subscribers can post, but that non-subscribers' attempted
posts get sent to the list owner instead of being rejected outright?

I recall it's something like

* Send= Editor
* Editor= Listname-L,Owner

Is that right?  Thanks.
