A good thing to do is to have the list default set to repro.  It will be a line
in the header that goes something like:

* Default-options= Repro,Noconceal,SubjectHdr

This one is set to "Repro" so that folks see there owne messages and don't
keep sending them over and over or send "test" mesages, "Noconceal" do
discourage concealed subscriptions (doesn't eliminate them though), and
"SubjectHdr" so that the "Tag" or listname shows up in the subject line of the
message (handy for folks whose mail program doesn't do filters)  You can use
anything that you can "set" for subscription options.
