Long story short: "On Behalf of" is an artifact of how Outlook displays
the Sender header for your list messages, and keeping the Sender header is
a good idea for deliverability reasons.  You can set Sender=None to get
rid of the "On Behalf of", but you'll probably end up in the spam bucket
more often.
