I just checked one List of Lists and find the peer isn't even mentined at
VTVM1.

I sent out a rev AFRICA-L request to several Listservs and for the most part,
was sent only AFRICA-L@BROWNVM rev list.
Has anyone a clear path to bring a satisfactory resolution to this gaff,
and the earlier one mentioned about the break-down of communications to
restore the Peer.  Surely there must be someone at an upper level somewhere
with the power to override password lock-outs, and to see that the
peer is restored?
