In a previous message, the following statement was made:

Please explain this better.  Does this mean that a list can have members of a filtered
domain as long as they are manually added by the list owner?  And that once they are
a member of the list, they may post normally as if they are from a non-filtered domain?
 It was my understanding that filtered was filtered, period, and that nothing from a
domain in a filter was allowed.
