I got some clue from Listserv Site Manager's Manual, but still can't find
the answer. If FIOC_CACHE, FIOC_TRIM, and FIOC_WARNING are not exist in the
go.user file (Unix), what's the default value? Based on my case, what's
recommend value for those parameters? And what's the format?

If this is Windows, just use the site.exe utility and the 'Optimize'
feature. Or you can just hand edit the site.cfg or go.user file (unix).
Don't forget to stop/start LISTSERV after making changes.
