one of the list i manage has a file that this is a table with three columns that
needs to be updated every week of so with new list as they are added.
each time i retrieve the file the formating is off, lines wrap and have never
been able to maintain the columns so they they stay lined up down the page
am using 70 columns and have stepped using text editor as it causes the most
problems
 
any thoughts
