Well, I hate to bother you folks with this, but honestly, I tried to
solve the problem myself to no avail (I did the LISTFAQ MEMO thing and
the LDBASE thing to LSTSRV-L at UGA on "upper-case" with only 3 hits
that didn't solve it)... Anyway, here's the problem.

A subscriber (AIGEL@UNO) writes to say that she hasn't been getting her
List mail. Besides, she writes, she's now known as [log in to unmask]
So I go and look her up on the list and find her as AIGEL@UNO ALISON GIFF
So I delete her and add her as [log in to unmask] ALISON GIFF
and LISTSERV beeps back at me something about how I may not really want to
add someone with a name in upper-case. So I decide to DELETE the entry
and add her with her name in mixed upper and lower-case. When I
TELL LISTSERV DELETE [log in to unmask], LISTSERV tells me that no such
entry appears on the List. But when I REV the List, it is there
as plain as day with her name in all caps.
To make matters worse, I never should have believed her when she
told me her address because she mixed up the order of the elements:
she's really [log in to unmask]
I'm perplexed. Can someone please help? How do I get this false
all caps subscriber off of my list?

    Thanks.
