   I concur with Eric. As I was reading your description, I thought
   that except for the instruction and case study opportunities I do
   the same thing for a government and university environment. Why
   would they pay you? If I discovered that you were gating my list to
   difficult participants, I would delete you. However, I suppose that
   the model to implement is HPCWIRE, which seemed to start up but you
   will have to get exclusive information like they do.--Paul.
