Eeek: it is really true that CompuServe *routinely* bounces posts
sent to full-mailbox CompuServe users back to the original poster?

On lists I manage, I receive 'mailbox full' messages from
CompuServe as owner, so had no suspicion they were also annoying
the original posters.  If this is the case, I'll become less
tolerant of these in a hurry.
