How does this user read/send email? I use Comcast.net at home. One option
that Comcast.net subscribers have is to access their email via the web.
In the web interface, there's an option to mark incoming mail as spam.
That option is also present in some email clients such as Mail.app that
comes with Mac OS X. I know I accidently marked mail as spam and then from
that point on, new email from the same source got placed in my junk
folder. Perhaps the same thing is happening with this subscriber.
