A list owner has asked if there is a way to set up a list so he can let
people subscribe by simply replying 'OK' to a message he sends them, as
follows:

  1. Send an e-mail to potential subscribers

  2. This e-mail will be _from_ listserv-request.

  3. It will describe the service and say; "If you do not want to receive
these announcements, do nothing. If you do, reply to this message with the
one word 'OK'".

Thus, this e-mail will serve the dual purpose of announcing the
service, and allowing those who want to get it to sign up painlessly.

Is this possible with LISTSERV 1.8c?
