    Good to see that you made it on-line!  Welcome to QC and the Net.  As
for writing on the net, well - it varies a lot.  A lot of what you'll see here
is first-draft give and take, but there are regular contributions from a va-
riety of folks who want to send out something special.  You'll see what i
mean if you're comptroller's credit card holds out.
