It looks like it is text that is coming from EUREKA.EDU.  I would
contact [log in to unmask] and ask him or her what it means to them.
 
The "550" basically means that the specified mailbox is unavailable.
The additional text is not part of the SMTP standard, but is generated
by the EUREKA.EDU system.
