        Thanks.  Once I knew what to look for, and where to look, it was quite
        obvious.
 
        I'm not as dumb as I look...  It's just that in the 8 months or so that
        I've owned the list, this is the first time anyone's ever been served
        out.
 
        Shouldn't I have gotten some sort of bounces from that user before he
        was served out, so I could have foreseen the possibility?  I don't
        recall anything except 'served out' from him.
