I'm pretty sure there's a way, but I'm having a bit of an issue figuring it 
out, probably due to Monday brain issues.  But is there a way to get 
ListServ to completely leave the To: field alone?  So that it shows up as 
whatever the poster (editor in this case, one way announce list) used?
