A subscriber is having difficulty obtain a file from a fileserver.
 
When he requests it, it has not been sent to him; when I ask
Listserv to GIVE it to him, he gets the following message, but
not the file.
 
Can anyone suggest what the problem is?
 
The e-mail address to which I am having it sent is MUMFORD@MITVMA
