We archive academic papers on a list called AEJMC.
   Each "message" is actually one full-text paper.  Only the list
owner can "post."  Keywords are put in the subject line, but
instructions are given for a full-text search.

in the body.
   I'm not sure how efficient this is, but it seems to work well.
We are currently getting the listserv version hooked to WWW and
gopher.
