On another note a problem that we have is on moderated lists. 2 things that
we've seen

1)long subject names seem to push down the headers on moderated messages
causing them to become garbled when sent
2) If a message is sent with a cc the same thing appears to happen, the
headers get pushed down and the message once approved is sent garbled

We think that issue #1 may be caused by Outlook98 but we have not been able
to button it down. Has anyone had the occur?

I think I'd argue against making the subject line longer on
principle.  No mail program I've looked at would display it
usefully.  (If you need more than 80 characters you probably
haven't decided what you wanted to say . . . )
