GET the list header  (send to your listserv host site
GET listname (HEAD NOL PW=XXXXXXXX

Delete the old listowner line(s).  Add new listowner line(s), e.g.
Owner= [log in to unmask]

PUT the header.

That, basically, is how to do it by eamil.  There may be a twist if you
are removing yourself using the removed Owner= address, but I've never
tried that, always have at least two owner addresses for myself.
