2 ways to do this.  First is  REVIEW listname BY DATE will return a full list of
subscribers sorted in date order.  You can't specify a delimiting date, you get
the entire list, but it will be obvious who subscribed on or after a certain
date.  Second way is if you have the CHANGELOG feature activated.  This records
all list events (ADD,SUB,DEL,SIGNOFF,AUTODEL,SET,CHANGE,POST,BOUNCE,etc) in
chronological order.  By examination, or by using our supplied utility program
ftp.lsoft.com/contrib/changelog_check.exe you can easily sort out all subscribes
and adds from a specified date.
