It's easy to do this manually.  Just save the message to a mail folder (I
just save it to a folder called "temp".  Then exit the mailer and edit
that file just as you would any text file, adding whatever text or
headers you want.  Then save the file, get back into pine, go to that
folder and bounce the message, then delete the folder.
 
I use this only to correct things like lacking TOPICS in the subject
line, adding appropriate Reply-to: fields, etc.  If I have  a bigger
problem with a message, I return it to sender for them to edit
themselves.  I don't want to be in the position of editing someone else's
message.  That's their job and their privilege.
