No, and I'd say for security reasons, let alone that this would just cause
more interserver traffic everytime someone registered, changed, or deleted
a password.  Just keeping the global database synchronized would be a
nightmare, not to mention the disk space it would take to hold all of
the passwords, most of which would never be used on any given server.
