Sending to NOMAIL subscribers

I am faced with the problem of contacting a number of subscribers (probably
around 200 or more) to let
them know the domain name of LISTSERV from where our list is being distributed is
being changed.   I know
I can use QUERY WITH NOMAIL FOR *@* to pull a list of subscribers who are set to
NOMAIL.   But
how can I send a message ONLY to those subscribers who are set to NOMAIL?    We
have about six
weeks.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
