Victor,
    This is not an agreement to host the mailing list you were requesting,
but, are you aware that the Univ. of Texas, Arlington, on the machine
UTARLVM1, has a number of Listserv mailing lists ?  Your list could easily
be hosted locally, with you as the listowner. If you check with the computing
center at UTARL, they will be able to help you set up such a list.
