There is this person who is currently sending messages to all mailing lists. He is failing now because he is not a subscriber but he will be able to join my lists and then post his messages since most of my lists are SEND= PRIVATE (some are moderated).

How do I disable this address (and others like him) from even subscribing into my lists. I dont want him in any of my lists.

I have tried the command:
>quiet set * serve for [log in to unmask]
Invalid subscription option - "SERVE". No action taken.
