You may also want to review your decision to have the above Reply-To:
setting.  It guarantees that any replies are sent to the list address.  If
you put

Reply-To: none,ignore

then LISTSERV won't generate any reply-to: tags at all.  Of course, your
subscribers will have to manually enter an address when replying to a
post.....
