I have an internet and bitnet subscription to my own mailing list
(for reasons not worth going into).  The internet subscription
is set to NOMAIL but I can post without any problem from my internet
address.
 
NOMAIL just tells the Listserver not to send out mail.
The option that controls posting is SEND=   .  Having a user
served out would also prevent posting.
