Yes, I should have mentioned that.  I didn't as, well, I don't like
placing the list on hold (always produces gripes) so I generally wait
until the log in question is automatically complete.

I didn't say anything about that as it never crossed my nind that anyone
would try to use MSWord, or WordPerfect, etc. to try to edit logs, etc.
I'ld rather use ed, if those were my choices.

Another, I didn't think of it.  I almost never use attachments for
anything as I don't send binary stuff, I send ASCII text, and MIME
attachments were intended for binary, so wouldn't have to go through
UUen/deCODE, TAR, etc.  Sending plain text as an "attachment" is, excuse
me, plain silly.  Never ocurred to me that anyone would try to do it that
way, so didn't mention it.

But then, I have figured out ways to muck whatever it is up, in a manner
I was not warned against as "no one would do it that way so we don't

(and sometimes I have found that violating the rules actually works
better)
